About Me
I have a passion for helping people heal both mentally and physically. I have spent the last decade doing bodywork and never thought I would find anything better to help people.
Then I found NLP Coaching, and the difference I was seeing it make in peoples lives blew my mind. I decided to take this new journey and learned from an incredible teacher, Rebecca de Azevedo through IHeal Institute, how to help free peoples minds from the past, from fear, and from doubt.
I'm married to an amazing supportive man, I'm the mother to two fully grown daughters who are building awesome lives of their own. I love spending time with my family, learning, reading, kayaking, white water rafting, and zip-lining.
My Background
Education
After taking practitioner training to be an NLP coach, I decided that I needed to up-level and continued on through Master Practitioner. These trainings are intense and life altering.
I am also an Oregon State licensed Massage Therapist

I am Certified as a Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Time Line Therapy (R), Hypnotherapy, and specifically as an NLP Coach by the ABNLP/ABH/TLTA.
